Work experience

She is the co-founder of Akademia Celna. She has been engaged in the maritime and training industries for several years. She graduated in Human Resource Management from the University of Business and Administration in Gdynia and the Sociology of Work and Organisation from WSZ. Her career path started by providing training for financial institutions. She cooperates with companies that specialise in recruiting experts for shipbuilding projects in Europe and has developed a new project, Akademia Celna. It provides training services for TSL sector workers and employees. For over 17 years, she has been involved in obtaining financing for projects planned by entrepreneurs. She was a Manager of the Funds Acquisition and Settlement Department at ZMPG S.A. for 13 years. Currently she is a Senior Project Manager at Solidarity Transport Hub (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. zo.o). She obtains external funds and has settled many large infrastructure projects in the Port of Gdańsk which were co-financed by the EU funds. A graduate of the Faculty of Management in Gdańsk University of Technology, she also has an Executive Master’s of Business and Administration, from the Institute of Economics in the Polish Academy of Sciences. She was the initiator behind the establishment of a broad partnership for the purpose of creating Pomeranian smart specialisation related to the maritime industry. For two terms of office, she was a chairperson of ISP1 - Offshore, Port and Logistic Technologies on the Pomeranian Smart Specialisation Council.
